Darcy started her consulting business with a passion for helping business owners establish more efficient HR processes, while relieving some of the unnecessary burden of non-compliance. Her goal is to teach owners and managers to be more proactive in their employment practices and mitigate litigation risk.

Her strong employee relations skills and compliance expertise offers an important resource to employers by helping them improve organizational performance and productivity. Along with her extensive background in HR and business operations, Darcy holds a BA in Communications from the University of San Diego and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Monica Vesga
Spanish Interpreter/Translator
Monica Maria Vesga Alfaro was born in Bogota, Colombia but moved to the Bay Area as a teenager. Monica studied International Relations and Economics at Boston University focusing on the Andean Region of Latin America, and she graduated from Law School from UC Hasting College of the Law.

Monica is a licensed attorney and certified Spanish interpreter/translator who has worked in different social justice non-profits using her bilingual skills to provide services to the Latino community. Monica has experience in work that ranges from employment, human resources, immigration, non-profit law, among others. Monica has over 10 years of translating experience which ranges from medical, legal, and social justice settings. She specializes in in-person consecutive interpretations and the legal translations. Monica also uses her legal knowledge and experience as an asset in her work.
